The results obtained indicate that the quality of work life directly has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the quality of work life directly has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, the quality of work life directly has a significant positive effect on employee organizational commitment, work motivation directly has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment directly has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation plays a role in mediating the effect of quality of work life on employee performance, organizational commitment plays a role in mediating the effect of quality of work life on employee performance. It also conducted a classic assumption test to determine whether there are symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity or not. Data analysis tools used are path analysis and multiple tests to determine the role of mediation. Validity and reliability tests are performed to ensure that the questionnaire statement is valid and reliable. The study was conducted on 114 female civil servants using a Likert scale in their measurements. Research conducted at the Regional Government of Situbondo Regency is to determine the effect of quality of work life on the performance of female civil servants with work motivation and organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The results of the study found that leadership style, work environment, compensation, and motivation both had a significant effect on the performance of the Inspectorate of Kerinci Regency partially or collectively.This study provides suggestions that to improve employee performance, then the leadership In order to pay attention to the comfort of employees at work, better support and infrastructure is needed, it is necessary to provide rewards that can motivate employee work.
